General Responsibilities:
Make periodic patrols to check for irregularities
Preserve order and act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.

Patrol site’s interior and exterior on foot and check for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized personnel, vehicles, and parking lot(s).
Controls access to client site/facility
Respond to incident such as fire, medical, bomb threat, flooding, elevator emergencies, inclement weather, hazardous materials, etc.
Must understand emergency protocols.
Must be able to prepare logs and reports as required.
Provide administrative support such as answering telephone calls, delivering messages, and transferring telephone calls.
Can monitor CCTV screens.
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to work 1st and 2nd shift
Must be able to write effectively.
Must be able to communicate verbally.
Can stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
Can remain vigilant and is a stickler for detail.
Great customer service skills.
Works well as a team & independently.
Can deescalate situations.
Be able to see and hear clearly.
Professional demeanor and look.
The officer must be punctual and very reliable.
Some computer skills.
Minimal supervision.
Can remain on post until properly relieved.
Must successfully pass a drug screen & criminal background check
Must have a valid State of Illinois ID or Driver’s license
Must have a valid PERC card and a copy of 20-hour training certificate
Must be able to provide a High School Diploma/GED
Schedule:
Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm
