Responsibilities
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety of personnel and property.
Conduct regular surveillance to identify potential security threats.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety within the premises.
Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary, ensuring the well-being of individuals in emergency situations.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations.
Document all incidents, observations, and activities in detailed reports for future reference.
Engage in conflict management techniques to de-escalate potentially volatile situations.
Participate in loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property.
Skills
Proficiency in first aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
Experience with surveillance systems, including is essential.
Background in law enforcement or military service is a plus, providing valuable insight into security protocols.
Strong conflict management skills to effectively handle disputes or confrontations.
Knowledge of loss prevention techniques to safeguard assets and minimize risks.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail for identifying suspicious activities.
Ability to remain calm under pressure while making quick decisions in emergency situations.
