Your Role:
We are currently in search of a highly skilled Access Control Foreman to join our dynamic team. As an Access Control Foreman, you will be at the forefront of implementing cutting-edge security solutions, ensuring that our systems are not only robust and compliant with the latest industry standards but also tailored to meet the unique needs of our operations. In this role, you will be expected to manage a team of dedicated technicians, guiding them through complex installations and maintenance tasks while fostering an environment of learning and professional growth. Your leadership will ensure that projects are completed within the set timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing access control systems.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to determine security requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Troubleshoot complex access control systems and provide technical support.
Train team members on new technologies and safety protocols.
Manage inventory of tools and supplies.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and provide regular progress reports.
Expectations:
Maintain a mature attitude when interacting with internal and external customers
Maintain and create an executable and assigned schedule
Ability to Travel (overnight if necessary)
Ensure a clean, organized, stocked, and well maintenance vehicle
Complete any paperwork associated with job responsibilities as needed
Properly maintain company issued assets and use as directed
Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in access control systems or a related field.
Strong knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and security systems.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
A valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
