WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A RESIDENTIAL SECURITY GUARD
High school diploma or GED equivalent
21+ years old
Valid FL Class D Security License
Valid Driver’s License
Basic computer skills
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to write legibly and log vehicles, visitors, and deliveries
Reliable transportation
Cell phone

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR RESIDENTIAL SECURITY GUARD
This is a full-time Class D certified role with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Security is a 24/7 operation, so shift times may vary.
While working with our homeowners association as a Residential Security Guard, you’ll play a key role in keeping Delray Dunes safe. Each shift, you’ll patrol the community to maintain order, verify visitors and guests using computer systems, and respond to resident requests. Whether you’re answering calls, logging deliveries, or keeping an eye out for anything unusual, you’ll be the first line of defense in ensuring a secure and welcoming environment. If an emergency arises, you’ll be ready to take quick action. Every day brings something new, but your goal remains the same-protecting and serving our community with professionalism and dedication.
