Access Control, Video Surveillance Technician Jobs in Oklahoma City, OK at Hampton Fire and Security Protection
Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Install Access Control, Intrusion, and Video Surveillance systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
Service, troubleshoot, and maintain Access Control, Intrusion, and Video Surveillance systems, including all related equipment.
Lead installation teams: oversee, direct, and delegate tasks to ensure timely project completion, meet scheduling requirements, and exceed established goals.
Achieve project results within financial and productivity budgets.
Accurately complete, execute, and process required paperwork (electronic or paper-based) per office and corporate procedures.
Ensure all equipment, including specialty items, is installed in strict compliance with manufacturer requirements.
Conduct and coordinate all required system testing and certifications.
Instruct and train helpers, apprentices, or other personnel on basic service, repair, and installation processes.
Coordinate daily work schedules and direct the tasks and productivity of assigned employees.
Maintain inventory and stock levels on company vehicle.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Timely and complete submission of Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), Toolbox Talks, Audit Forms, etc.
Timely and accurate reporting of incidents and accidents.
Personal accountability for all safety initiatives.
Practice safe driving at all times in company vehicles.
Maintain awareness of and support Stop Work Authority procedures.
Operational Excellence:
Complete all required training (Safety, Certifications, etc.).
Submit accurate timesheets, including job numbers, job names, overtime, and travel pay; support the transition to electronic timekeeping.
Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, professional, and properly signed.
Maintain proper inventory control: review, update, and approve packing slips in a timely manner and manage materials effectively.
