Duties
Inspects and evaluates security officers for appearance, alertness, and proper performance.
Assist with complaints from clients.
Assist with Investigations of accidents, thefts, and other unlawful activities.
Able to work extended hours.
Able to represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Must maintain satisfactory attendance and performance throughout employment
Must become knowledgeable of AGS and customers’ expectations and ensure security officer compliance of such policies and procedures.
Must be able and willing to stand post at client locations on an as-needed basis due to emergencies or as extra support.
Qualifications and Requirements
Ability to be multi- task and do critical thinking
Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the State
Must have an active Guard card
As a condition of employment, the employee must successfully complete a background check
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
One year Supervisory experience·
Computer Literate·
Able to work independently and as a team·
Ability to deal with internal and external customers.
