The Role
Ground staff check passengers in for their flights.
They verify travel documents, issue boarding passes, and direct passengers to security checkpoints.
Baggage Handling
The ground staff handles passenger baggage from check-in to baggage claim.
They weigh bags, attach baggage tags, and load bags onto the aircraft.
Customer Service and Information
They also assist passengers with special needs, such as elderly passengers, families with children, or passengers with disabilities.
Ground staff handle passenger complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Gate Management
They coordinate with flight crews, monitor passenger flow, and ensure on-time departures.
They also handle gate changes and communicate flight status updates to passengers.

Ideal Profile
You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Receptionist role, ideally within the Aviation, Transport & Logistics industry.
You have working knowledge of promotions and marketing
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
