Job Summary
As a Call Center Representative in the Virtual Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to individuals seeking information on home community and other related services.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from individuals inquiring about various services
Provide accurate information and assistance regarding virtual options
Assist callers with various requirements
Direct calls to appropriate departments or personnel as needed
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with callers
Experience
Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred
Knowledge or experience in security offices fields is a plus
Ability to handle heavy lifting requirements may be necessary for certain inquiries
Strong communication skills and the ability to assist individuals with security related questions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.25 – $11.50 per hour
