Description:
Blueline Security Services is seeking a dedicated, professional, and licensed (or eligible for licensure) Security Officer/Guard to provide security at two unique entertainment venues: Friday and Saturday nights at Bowlero in Bethesda, and 2-3 days or nights per week at Delta Bingo in Laurel.

Primary Locations & Schedule:
Bowlero, Bethesda, MD: Friday & Saturday nights
Delta Bingo, Laurel, MD: 2-3 days or nights per week (schedule flexibility preferred)
Duties:
Provide a visible security presence to ensure a safe environment for patrons and staff at both entertainment venues.
Monitor crowd behavior, identify potential issues, and intervene or escalate as necessary to prevent incidents.
Observe and report to deter unwanted or disruptive behavior.
Maintain detailed, accurate notes and incident reports throughout the shift using a work phone.
Contact Emergency Services when necessary and assist responding personnel as needed.
Collaborate with venue management and staff to address security concerns or incidents.
Work with the Blueline dispatch center and execute dispatch orders promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
Ability to pass a background check.
Valid (or ability to obtain) armed Maryland security guard card.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Ability to write clear, professional reports using a work phone.
Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
