Area Manager (Security) Jobs in Atlanta, GA at River City Security and Investigations, llc
The Security Supervisor for River City Security and Investigations, LLC Manages and coordinates the activities of all security staff at their assigned post. The Security supervisor executes all tasks related to maintaining standards in compliance with the standard operating procedures by performing the following duties:
Assist with the hiring and termination of personnel.
Assist with the onboarding of new employees.
Also, go over company policies and procedures and discuss uniform fees when hiring.
Report to the site where new employees will assist with training.
Required to visit at least 3 to 4 sites each working day, but this will depend on the distances between each site and to make sure employees are in uniform.
Take care of any paperwork as it relates to off days, vacations, doctor, court, or any other that requires them to be off of their assigned post.
Assist employees with training them on writing a proper daily activity report, clock-ins and clock-outs, and writing incident reports.
Check all DARs and sign off on them after each working day.
Must handle all verbal and written documentation and then submit them to their chain of command for review to be sent to the HR department.
May be required to work Holidays, Birthdays, etc., as needed by the company.
Must be available to travel out of state at a moment’s notice
MUST FILL ANY OPEN POSITIONS IF YOU CAN NOT FIND A REPLACEMENT.
THIS POSITION COMES WITH A TAKE-HOME VEHICLE AFTER THE COMPLETION OF TRAINING.
Requirements
Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Must have or be able to obtain a GA state security license
(preferred but not required )1-5 years of successful supervisory experience.
Prior military, law enforcement, or security (preferred but not required)
Must have excellent communication skills
Must possess problem-solving skills
Must possess time management skills
Must have moderate computer skills
Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license
Must have an excellent driving record
Must pass drug screening
Must pass a background/drug check
Must provide upon hire a clean motor vehicle driving report (7 years)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour
