Field Supervisor MUST be flexible to work any schedule and be available to work overtime if needed. Field Supervisors are set to work in different locations and must be able to work different shifts. Must have Supervisor experience.
Locations will include: Santa Monica, L/A, West Hollywood, Culver City, Pasadena, Glendale, Marina Del Rey, Long Beach etc
We are looking for a Field Supervisor to undertake the surveillance of our premises and protection of our staff and visitors. You will be responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts or other criminal behavior when on post. As a supervisor you must be well-trained in surveillance and dealing with perpetrators. The ideal candidate will inspire respect and authority as well as possess a high level of observation. The goal is to help the company in maintaining excellent working conditions by keeping our facilities safe and problem-free.
Responsibilities
Learn different accounts to conduct training as needed
Answer call offs and schedule officers when needed
Conduct walkthroughs with Managers for new accounts
Conduct post inspections and follow up with managers
Issue corrective action reports as needed based on protocol
Follow up on trainings as needed to issue certifications
Provide additional coverage when necessary
Submit daily activity report to managers of accounts
Skills
Proven experience as security officer/supervisor
Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
Knowledgeable in report writing
Excellent surveillance and observation skills
Tech-savvy with experience in surveillance systems
Registered as a security officer
High School diploma is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 – $25.00 per hour
