Summary
As a Security Officer at Sunflower CASA, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment for our clients and their properties. This role is vital in safeguarding people and assets while ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Responsibilities
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activities.
Write detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.
Provide first aid and CPR as needed in emergency situations.
Manage conflicts effectively to ensure the safety of all individuals involved.
Conduct surveillance operations to monitor premises and ensure security measures are upheld.
Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to report incidents or concerns.
Assist in developing security protocols and procedures to enhance safety measures.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role in the security industry.
Strong report writing skills with attention to detail.
Certification in First Aid and CPR is required.
Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Familiarity with law enforcement procedures is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience with surveillance systems and techniques is highly desirable.
