Full Job Description
GuardOne Protective Servicesin New Orleans has immediate openings forFlex-Armed security officersto work in various environments.
New Hire bonus:After 90 days, up to $750.00 for a full-time employee, Part Time employees will have their new hire bonus adjusted based on scheduled hours offer.
Example: An applicant is hired for weekend work, (2) 12 hours shifts, should be offered a $300.00 new hire bonus. $100.00 per 8 hours scheduled to work.
Any full-time 40 hours per week employee should be offered $500.00 bonus.
Referral Bonus:The bonus is $300.00 after 90 days. An employee needs to be in good standing—no disciplinary action or tardiness.
Vaccination:Upon proof of vaccination (Vaccination Card) employee will receive $100.00 gift card by 1st payday.
Attendance:All employees are eligible for a monthly $50.00 gift card for perfect attendance. Should an employee have a call-off or arrive late, they would not be eligible to receive this bonus for that month.
Interview Appointment compliance:All applicants we hire that arrive on time at their scheduled initial interview will be eligible to enter a monthly drawing for $100.00
Shifts Available:(1) 6am-6pm and (1) 6pm-6am-Monday- Sunday
*Applicants will be working in multiple site locations, Greater New Orleans, New Orleans East, Downtown NOLA, the Westbank and Harahan areas.
Applicants must have the following:
Reliable vehicle that can remain with them on post/ Reliable vehicle that can get you to and from work on time
LA State approved weapon with 4-inch barrel and previous weapon training
Working cell phone and email address that you can consistently be reached on (not in WIFI service)
*Must be able to stand and make walking foot patrols for extended periods of time without issues.
*Must be able to pass on site drug screen and background check
