JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities specific to this role include, but are not limited to if a Special Response Officer:
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to cover any shift with 24 hour reliability
1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift
Variety of shifts due to call-offs or openings or scheduled time off.
Trainable for security officer policies and protocols for multiple clientele
24 hours minimum – must guarantee availability for at least one shift. Hours increase based on the ability to cover two shifts or more.
Location varies depending on site coverage needs.
Morrisville, Durham and surrounding sites
General Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide excellent customer service to our clients
Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
Respond quickly to critical situations
Ability to read and write detailed reports
Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Walk/Stand for long periods of time
At least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
General Qualifications to work in physical security at GardaWorld include:
Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
Pass an extensive screening process
