Applicants must currently have a current Texas L3 (Armed) card **IN HAND**
APPLICANTS MUST CURRENTLY LIVE / WORK IN THE AUSTIN AREA
APPLICABLE MULTI-SITE / ONE SHIFT MOBILE PATROL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION (Previous security mobile patrol, ATM SERVICE / DELIVERY DRIVERS type experience is preferred)

Due to explosive growth, Ranger Protection Agency is looking for experienced mobile patrol security officers to join our Overnight Mobile Patrol Team.
Ranger is a “RESOLVE and Report” company, the right candidate will have a proactive attitude towards reporting and situation resolution utilizing a combination of lease violations, Criminal Trespass Warnings and utilizing our arrest authority. This position is fast paced and requires time management skill / self discipline.
For those who live within Williamson / Travis / Hays / Bastrop county, this position includes a take-home car.
The schedule is 5 nights a week, 10 hour shifts with two consecutive nights off. Weekends are required.
Potential candidates must meet the following criteria:
Must be responsible and able to conduct themselves in a professional manner
Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently
Have a current TEXAS driver’s license and clean driving history with NO INSURANCE CLAIMS
Be able to pass pre-employment drug screening
Currently hold an active Texas L3 Security license
Have applicable security AND mobile patrol experience (delivery drivers, ATM servicing, etc)
Be able to get in and out of the vehicle and walk throughout the night
CURRENTLY live or work in or near the Austin area
