Armed Residential Estate Security Officer Jobs in Beverly Hills, CA at Close Range International, Inc.
Close Range is seeking highly skilled and experienced Armed Estate Officer’s to join our team on an as needed basis, when client comes into town. We add additional officers when client is in residence.
As an Armed Estate Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. Your primary role will be to deter crime, enforce regulations, and respond to emergencies.
OPEN SHIFT:
Thursday-Sunday 7PM-7AM
Responsibilities:
– Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all individuals and property
– Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify and respond to any suspicious activity or potential threats
– Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises
– Respond promptly to emergency situations such as medical emergencies, fires, or criminal activity
– Write detailed incident reports documenting any incidents or violations that occur during your shift
– Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
– Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients and visitors with any inquiries or concerns they may have
Skills:
– Previous experience in residential/estate security is preferred
– Possession of valid BSIS guard and firearms certification.
– Paid Overtime after 8 hours worked.
– Reliable Transportation (Rest in own vehicle) and reside within 50 miles of Beverly Hills area.
– Strong conflict management skills to effectively handle challenging situations
– Ability to work 12-hour shifts (0700-1900 AND 1900-0700), 7 days a week.
