Armed Security Contract Program Manager Jobs in Columbus, OH at Sahara Global Security
Duties:
Oversee and manage scheduling of security guards
Perform quality control of timesheets and weekly schedule
Develop and implement/enforce company policies
Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements
Ensure compliance with Ohio Revised Code 4749, Ohio Administrative Code 4501:7-1, and other PISGS and licensing regulations
Ensure bi-weekly payroll is 100% accurate
Train and supervise Account Managers and other middle management
Ensure timely and accurate payment of monthly Ohio sales taxes
Ensure timely and accurate payment of monthly General Liability Insurance
Ensure timely and accurate payment of monthly rent
Ensure timely and accurate payment of monthly BWC payments
Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
Supervise Human Resources Director
Supervise administrative and support operations (pay, logistics, maintenance, site audits)
Skills:
– Strong management and organizational skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Strong leadership skills
