About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Security Officer for foot patrol duties to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the security of our premises, providing efficient monitoring and responding to any incidents. You will serve as a vital communication hub, dispatching security personnel as needed and maintaining key security systems. The ideal candidate is patient, clear-headed, and skilled in handling high-pressure situations, with a focus on providing top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage high volumes of incoming calls and radio communications.
Dispatch security personnel promptly to relevant locations as necessary.
Monitor security cameras and alarm systems, responding appropriately to alerts.
Generate emails and reports with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Address customer needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
Provide accurate and reliable information using the appropriate tools and resources.
Handle and resolve customer complaints, following up to ensure full resolution.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume dispatch or telecommunications environment.
Must have a driver’s license.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in computer systems, email management, and dispatch software.
Experience in security or emergency response environments is a plus.

Saturday: OFF
Sunday: OFF
Monday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
