Position Requirements
Former Military, Law Enforcement, or 2-4 years of security experience in a leadership role
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Tactical proficiency and ability to adapt to various security scenarios
Physically and mentally fit to handle high-pressure situations
Discreet, professional, and situationally aware when engaging with high-value clientele
Valid AZ Unarmed Guard Card & Driver’s License
Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screening
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the safety and security of our clients by following site-specific protocols and responding to incidents when necessary
Conduct security assessments and enforce preventative measures
Maintain a strong security presence to deter threats
Respond swiftly to incidents and emergencies
