Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an armed Security Guard for The Baracus Group in Jacksonville, FL. The armed Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, monitoring and controlling access to the premises, conducting security checks, and responding to security incidents.

Qualifications
Interpersonal and customer service skills.
Physical security and personnel security experience.
Private security experience preferred.
Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
Must be able to work all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have FL D&G Security Guard licenses.
Must have 3 references.
Candidates must have three years of relevant experience in military, and law enforcement, or five years or more in a security role. Salary is commensurate with experience with extremely competitive overall compensation including base rate plus performance bonuses. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
