Armed Security Guard – Night Shift Jobs in Los Angeles, CA at Innovative Advantage Security
We are seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible with punctual attendance.
Mondays-Fridays 2:00PM-10:00PM
40 hour work week.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor Shelter Entrance: Oversee and authorize entry and exit for visitors, staff, vendors, and guests through the main entrance, ensuring security and access control.
Bag & Person Screening: Conduct respectful and professional screenings of participants and their belongings upon entry, maintaining safety protocols.
Premises Patrol: Perform regular patrols to prevent intrusion, ensure security, and report any incidents or concerns.
Shelter Safety: Ensure safe operations during patrols by addressing hazards, monitoring clients, and assisting staff as needed with dorm and perimeter checks.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication skills with good judgment.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to treat all guests and staff with respect.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Excellent customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with problem-solving and organizational abilities.
