Armed Security Guard [Part-Time] Jobs in Hollister, CA at WGS Group, Inc.
Responsibilities:
– Monitor the Event for the majority of the event schedule
– Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect any suspicious activity
– Searching of all people that comes to attend the events.
– Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering inquiries, and providing directions.
– Monitor the people at the event to ensure rules are followed and everyone is acting safely.
– Provide a sense of protection to attendees and staff, Even escort VIPs to and from the venue.
Skills:
– Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
– Ability to observe and analyze situations quickly and accurately
– Excellent communication skills

We are looking to add, armed officers to our event security staff, these position will come will help of covering post that needs to be covered also working events on weekends when security is needed, this is a great way to earn extra money, we are only looking for serious workers , you must have all gear , you must have a full duty belt. Qualifications
Proven experience in security roles, particularly in event settings
Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively
Excellent communication abilities for clear interaction with team members and event attendees
Knowledge of surveillance systems, including CCTV
Certification in first aid and CPR preferred
Background in law enforcement or military service is a plus
Familiarity with loss prevention strategies
