As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Security Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of 2,000 security service hours spread across the Phoenix Metro area. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role requiring a strong leader with exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
The Security Account Manager will report directly to the Local Division Manager and will play a critical role in ensuring operational success, client satisfaction, and efficient security personnel management.
Position Overview
The Security Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing security operations for multiple client sites, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high service standards, and leading a team of security personnel. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between Blackstone Security and its client, ensuring compliance, satisfaction, and efficiency in service delivery.
This role requires travel throughout the Phoenix Metro area, strong multi-site management experience, and the ability to handle operational challenges in a high-demand environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and ensuring exceptional service.
Maintain strong client relationships, conducting regular meetings, site visits, and performance reviews to ensure high satisfaction.
Develop and implement customized security plans to meet client requirements.
Resolve client concerns or issues proactively and in a timely manner.
Ensure all security operations are conducted in full compliance with contractual obligations.
Operations & Team Leadership
Supervise and lead a team of security officers deployed across multiple locations.
Oversee scheduling and workforce management to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
Monitor officer performance, providing coaching, training, and support to improve service delivery.
Conduct site inspections and audits to verify compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Ensure all officers are properly equipped, trained, and prepared for their assignments.
Handle emergency response situations and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency personnel as needed.
Staffing & Scheduling
Manage 2,000 hours of security service coverage per week across various sites.
Create and maintain efficient work schedules to prevent overtime and ensure budget adherence.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of security personnel as needed.
Incident Management & Reporting
Investigate security incidents, ensure proper documentation, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Provide detailed reports to clients, senior management, and the Local Division Manager on security operations, incidents, and personnel performance.
Maintain and enforce compliance with state, federal, and company security regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Experience & Skills:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in security management, contract security services, or a similar role.
Proven leadership experience in managing security personnel across multiple locations.
Strong client service skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Ability to problem-solve under pressure and make critical decisions quickly.
Experience with scheduling, workforce planning, and budget management.
Proficiency in incident reporting, investigations, and security protocols.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Certifications & Requirements:
Active Arizona Guard Card or the ability to obtain one.
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (travel is required throughout the Phoenix Metro area).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and security management software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
