We are a boots on the ground security company based in Salina, KS that provides physical security at numerous sites in Salina and regionally in north central Kansas.
Position will include securing of premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points. Responding to security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior. Must be able to walk long distances and stand for extended periods of time.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Previous experience in law enforcement, military or security is strongly encouraged but not required.
Must be at least 18 years of age, have a current drivers license and no felonies or major misdemeanors.
Wages are competitive and based on experience.
Summary
As a Security Officer, you will be essential in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our organization. Reporting to the Security Manager, your core responsibilities will include conflict management and implementing security protocols. Your premium skills in law enforcement, first aid, and surveillance will enhance our security measures, while your relevant skills in CCTV and loss prevention will help mitigate risks. Responsibilities
Monitor and secure premises to prevent unauthorized access and ensure safety.
Manage conflicts and respond to incidents with effective conflict resolution techniques.
Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities.
Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring the well-being of individuals on site.
Collaborate with law enforcement when required and assist in loss prevention strategies.
Maintain accurate records of incidents and daily activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Hold a valid driver’s license to respond quickly to various locations as needed.
