Overview: We are currently looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee the security operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for both employees and visitors. Responsibilities: – Supervise and coordinate security staff to ensure smooth operations. – Conduct regular patrols to monitor premises and prevent unauthorized access. – Respond promptly to alarms or incidents and take appropriate action. – Implement and enforce security protocols and procedures. – Train security personnel on security best practices and emergency response protocols. – Maintain accurate records of security incidents and activities. – Collaborate with management to address security concerns and develop solutions. – Conduct investigations into security breaches or incidents as needed. Skills: – Proficient in conflict management techniques. – Experience in surveillance and monitoring activities. – Knowledge of first aid procedures. – Familiarity with loss prevention strategies. – Ability to operate CCTV systems effectively. – Military or law enforcement background is a plus. – CPR certification is preferred.
