Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled CompTIA Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on experience in delivering training for CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications. As a CompTIA Trainer, you will be responsible for leading engaging training sessions, creating comprehensive learning materials, and helping students successfully prepare for and achieve their certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver high-quality, instructor-led training sessions for CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications.
· Develop and update training materials, including presentations, quizzes, and practice exams to ensure they are up to date with the latest exam objectives.
· Offer individual coaching and guidance to students, addressing their learning needs and helping them succeed in their certifications.
· Monitor and assess student progress through exams and assessments.
· Stay current with the latest CompTIA exam objectives, trends, and best practices.
· Ensure all training content aligns with the certification standards and guidelines set by CompTIA.
· Deliver training in both virtual and in-person formats as required.
· Provide feedback and support for students preparing for their certification exams.
Qualifications:
· Prior experience in training for CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications.
· Proven expertise in teaching and preparing students for CompTIA certification exams.
· Strong understanding of CompTIA exam objectives and training methodologies.
· CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+, Security+, etc.) are required; multiple certifications are highly desirable.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to break down complex concepts and explain them in a clear, engaging manner.
· Experience in both in-person and online training environments.
· Familiarity with virtual learning platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
· Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their certification goals.
