Loss Prevention Office Job Responsibilities :
A hotel loss prevention officer is responsible for the safety of the hotel and its guest. Common duties include checking for safety hazards , monitoring security video , and assisting hotel guests. Assisting hotel guest can take many forms, including addressing security questions and concerns , administering first aid to injured employee.
Loss Prevention Office Qualifications
Hotel loss prevention jobs generally require only a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous security experience or hotel experience is generally required. The Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with guest and other members of the hotel staff , both verbally and in writing , is necessary. Hotel loss prevention officers need to have a basic standard of physical fitness that allows them to perform all aspects of their job, including the ability to go up and down stairs.
