Job Description
As a Security Officer – Logistics Patrol in Louisville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more .
As a Patrol Officer in the logistics and distribution location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling designated areas to help maintain a secure environment. Your presence will help to deter potential security-related incidents while you engage with individuals in a professional and courteous manner. You will conduct routine patrols, remaining visible and approachable, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when necessary.
Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and problem-solving approach.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the logistics and distribution location, including the business premises and perimeter.
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
