Duties
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies.
Conduct thorough surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities.
Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
Provide first aid and CPR as needed during emergencies.
Manage conflicts effectively by employing conflict management techniques.
Prepare detailed reports on incidents and security breaches.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients and the public.
Qualifications
Must possess a valid armed security license or certification.
Previous experience in law enforcement or military service is preferred.
Knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Must pass background checks and meet all regulatory requirements for armed security personnel.
