Responsibilities:
– Provide armed security services to ensure the safety and security of the premises
– Conduct regular patrols and monitor surveillance equipment to detect and prevent unauthorized activities
– Respond to alarms and emergency situations in a prompt and professional manner
– Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity and enforce security policies
– Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and complete detailed reports
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as necessary
– Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
Qualifications:
– Must possess a valid TN armed security officer certificate
– Must possess Dallas Law Certifications
– Previous experience in loss prevention, law enforcement, or military is preferred
– Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations effectively
– Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures
– Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
