Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Door Person and restroom Security Guard to join our team. This is for a leather fetish gay night at our venue. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our premises while providing excellent customer service. This position requires a proactive individual with strong conflict management skills and the ability to monitor activities effectively.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests as they enter and exit the premises, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Monitor the entrance and surrounding areas using surveillance techniques to prevent unauthorized access.
Conduct regular checks of the property to identify any potential security risks or breaches.
Manage conflicts that may arise, utilizing effective communication and de-escalation strategies.
Maintain accurate records of visitors, deliveries, and any incidents that occur on-site.
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary to ensure safety protocols are followed.
Utilize CCTV systems to monitor activities within designated areas, ensuring compliance with security policies.
Provide first aid and CPR assistance as needed, ensuring the well-being of all guests and staff.
Ensure guests go into to restrooms one at a time.
Experience
Previous experience in a security role, law enforcement, or military background is preferred.
Strong knowledge of conflict management techniques and loss prevention strategies.
Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
Ability to remain calm under pressure while effectively managing multiple tasks.
