Job Description:
Motivated Specialist, Security I to provide comprehensive management and subject matter expertise support for PEO Operations. This role involves ensuring operational readiness across phones, computers, video teleconferencing systems, and facilities while coordinating cross-functional activities and long-term operational plans. Key responsibilities include:
Coordination & Reporting: Organize and participate in working group meetings with PMWs, synchronize operational activities, and deliver actionable reports within required timeframes.
Facilities Support: Manage facilities requests, participate in planning boards, analyze space utilization, and maintain documentation on all PEO-related facilities operations.
Operational Administration: Assist in workspace improvement plans, prepare presentations and documentation, and provide support through government systems such as FlankSpeed and Risk Exchange.
Management Control Support: Contribute to the development and execution of the PEO Management Control Plan, including audits, statements of assurance, and compliance tracking.
Technical Representation: Serve as the Assistant Customer Technical Representative (ACTR) for NMCI-related operations, including equipment tracking, maintenance scheduling, and database management.
Website Management: Oversee portal and website upgrades, routine maintenance, and ensure timely updates in support of PEO mission objectives.
ERP Superuser Support: Act as the PEO Superuser for Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) systems, providing expertise and support for Financial Management, Project Systems, and Material Management modules.
Security Operations: Support the opening and closing of secure spaces, manage access control through DISS, and ensure adherence to security protocols.
