The Schedule We Are Hiring For (40 Hours)
Friday & Saturday + 3 rotating additional days 8:00pm – 4:00am
Responsibilities:
– Provide Armed Security Officer services to protect the clients community, residents and its assets.
– Conduct foot patrols to detect, report and deter unauthorized activities.
– Respond to complaints, alarms and emergency situations in a timely manner.
– Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity.
– Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment.
– Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as needed.
Requirements:
– Must have an Active Virginia DCJS Armed Security Registration.
– Must have a valid Driver’s License or State Issued ID.
– Must have a working email and cell phone.
– Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
– Previous Armed Security is preferred.
– Must be well groomed.
– Must be able to walk for extended periods of time.
– Must have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
– Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively.
– Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Having excellent verbal Spanish communication skills is a bonus.
Notes:
– We are looking for applicants who will be able to start within 5 days of being offered the position.
– The client may fluctuate the schedule from time to time to adjust services as needed.
