What you need:
Three years of experience in process or training within a technical or certificate required environment.
Knowledge of fire protection and the requirements for employees.
Experience in training coordination, including enrolling employees in vendor training programs and maintaining certification records.
Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and ability to manage training data.
Proven ability to track certifications and compliance, ensuring employees meet industry and vendor requirements.
Experience managing vendor relationships, including coordinating with technical support teams and obtaining accurate pricing for estimating and production needs.
Process improvement experience, with the ability to evaluate, develop, and implement best practices.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with experience working across multiple locations and coordinating with internal teams.
What you will do:
Work with vendor training coordinators to enroll employees in factory training for fire suppression systems.
Maintain an up-to-date database of certifications, capabilities, and expiration dates for all trained personnel.
Assist in the development and implementation of training protocols for new and existing employees, ensuring compliance and professional development.
Assist in internal training development, including text-based and in-person learning sessions.
Create and distribute certificates of training to recognize employees for completed programs.
Serve as a liaison between vendors and local offices, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product pricing for estimating and production needs.
Maintain relationships with vendor technical support teams and coordinate support for field technicians.
Work closely with the VP of General Products to enhance vendor partnerships and improve process efficiency.
Evaluate, develop, and deploy best practices for fire suppression system applications in both field integration and project management.
Assist in the development of service centers within the organization to optimize efficiency and customer service.
Coordinate with internal customers to implement training and process improvements across multiple locations.
Support the integration of best practices into the company’s Learning Management System (LMS).
