We are currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Security Guard to join our team at the apartment complex. This full-time position, with hours from 3 pm to 11 pm and $17 an hour, offers the opportunity to play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our residents and property.
Key responsibilities include conducting regular patrols to monitor the premises, providing exceptional customer service to residents and visitors, enforcing access control procedures, inspecting units for safety, collaborating with law enforcement agencies as needed, promptly responding to resident calls for assistance, and maintaining accurate records of daily activities and incidents.
