Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Security Guard Supervisor and Risk Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks across various business areas. This critical role requires a deep understanding of financial concepts, private security, statistical analysis, and quantitative research. The successful applicant will play a key part in ensuring the organization continues to operate in a compliant environment while encouraging company development and growth with a significant business client.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with partners to ensure security parameters are met to meet the needs of the organization and the client.
– Conduct financial analysis and statistical analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities.
– Utilize financial modeling and quantitative analysis to assess the impact of risks on the organization.
– Implement and maintain risk management policies, procedures, and processes.
– Work closely with other clients to prevent and detect fraudulent activities.
– Develop and maintain risk reports and dashboards to provide insights to senior management and other stakeholders.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure risk management practices are aligned with business objectives.
– Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure the organization complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as finance, mathematics, or economics.
– Strong background in financial concepts, statistical analysis, and quantitative research.
– Experience in security, criminal justice, or loss prevention preferred.
– Proven ability to perform risk analysis and develop risk management strategies.
– Proficiency in financial modeling and quantitative analysis tools.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong communication and presentation skills.
– A professional certification in risk management, security, or a related field is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
