RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise and oversee the activities of Managers on Duty (MODs) to ensure efficient operation and adherence to company policies and standards.
Provide training, guidance, and support to MODs to enhance their skills and performance.
Serve as a liaison between Servexo and our global partners to facilitate communication and ensure operational efficiency.
Represent the 24/7 dispatch center during client meetings on behalf of the organization, conveying information accurately and professionally.
Monitor operational processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance overall performance.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity while interacting with clients, partners, and team members.
Act as the Paycom Time Off Calendar approver, ensuring accurate tracking and approval of time-off requests.
Manage Service requests and research and resolve by working with supervisors, managers, and MODs.
Roll out monthly schedules and input new hire schedules.
Manage permanent schedule change requests via Track Tik.
Attend client meetings in professional attire and make officer replacement recommendations.
Oversee Managers on Duty’s shifts and monitor live dashboards.
Provide MODs with feedback and tips to be top performers.
Resolve employee matters between site, client, and headquarters.
Assist with IT matters that may arise and act as a liaison between recruiting, HR, and the COO
Assist the COO with operational needs as required.
Work with recruiting and between departments to ensure new hires are ready to start.
Ensure that the 24/7 dispatch operations are fully staffed at all times by working with other managers on duty to secure coverage.
Assist with training managers on duty when deficiencies are identified.
Perform other duties as assigned from time to time, comprising less than 10% of daily job duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of dispatch center operations and familiarity with relevant software and systems is an advantage.
Willingness to represent the organization in client meetings and events as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
