Operations Support – Turret
Ops Support

General Information:
Climate controlled office environment. Requires extended time sitting at desk opening doors to building, answering company phone lines, operating computer and monitoring vehicle radios.

Overview of Position Duties: Branch security, handling customer’s calls into the branch, communication with all routes, ATM combo/support to routes, keying information in daily to the RPMS report, maintaining and updating SOFI and TNT information daily and maintaining Branch reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Visitor/Vendor Access Management: Ensure only authorized visitors are allowed entry and exit by verifying credentials and maintaining accurate records.
Security Checks: Perform wand/metal detector checks and conducting security check points. As well as performing random security checks for employees.
Escort Visitors: Safely escort visitors throughout the building and guarding them during their visit.
Building Security: Monitor entry points and conduct regular security patrols to maintain a secure environment for staff and visitors, including but not limited to monitoring CCTV. As well as opening and closing the building daily, escorting Loomis trucks, and conducting final inspections of each vehicle.
Manage the signing in and out of truck keys, route keys, and gas cards, ensuring accurate documentation. Perform daily audits to verify the proper handling and security of all items.
Update and maintain the daily operations schedule, ensuring optimal staffing and resource allocation. Manage callouts and coordinate coverage to minimize disruptions to workflow and meet operational goals.
A valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms requirements is required

Customer Service: Handle incoming customer calls related to routing specials on demand, service requests, missed pickups, and general customer issue resolution. Generate ETAs for operations reports and maintain clear communication with all routes to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Maintain Dispatchers Log:

Logging hourly calls into report log system including over the payment liability route problems/concerns Suspicious activity.
Create Holiday Routes and Maintain Request from Customers and National Accounts.
Send out safety/ security messages
Coordinate any special services to routes and make supervisors aware.
Coordinate variable account pick-ups and delivers
Maintain Daily ATM Combos list Assist Messengers with force balances on ATM’s and any related ATM Issues
Perform any other duties or special projects as deemed necessary by Management Staff.
