Provide the administrative support for the Shrink Manager, Computer Assisted Ordering Manager, and Loss Prevention Manager. Requires a high degree of confidentiality, strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task. Excellent phone and communication skills, good typing, and filing skills.
Ability to write reports and correspondence.
Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point with the ability to learn new computer skills.

Self motivated, able to organize, prioritize, plan and meet deadlines.
Must be professional, dependable, possess positive attitude, good judgment, and be able to gain the support of others to get the job done.

Desired

Prior experience in supporting several managers.
Provide day- to-day administrative support for above managers and staff.
Provide customer service that makes both internal and external Customers feel welcome, important and appreciated.
Produce and assemble materials and documents needed for meetings, training sessions and presentations.
Enter store crime reports into Loss Prevention Management System and prepare statistical reports.
Act as the Divisions administrator for Loss Prevention Management System.
Maintain the division Loss Prevention website and administer division access to control system.
Serve as liaison to Division for civil recovery program and manage evidence retention files for investigations.
Responsible for recapping all audits, bottom 20 and shrink reports.
Correct store input errors in Computer Assisted Ordering Plus Scan Loss review.
Monitor Think Shrink recaps.
Update the store phone and email contact list, and websites on a regular basis.
Transcribe and/or composes letters, memos, and reports.
Process district/department mail and distribute accordingly.
Process invoices for vendors.
Prepare payroll.
Familiarity with Kroger Systems and ability to run reports from the applications.
Read and understand operating statements, work accurately with numbers and recap information.
Maintain communications between the Store Managers, Coordinators and other Districts.
Prepare, maintain and disseminate reports and spreadsheets as required on Computer Assisted Ordering, Out Of Stocks, inventory and perishable shrink gross reporting and compliance.
Supervise and coordinate events and activities.
Responsible for 100 percent reporting and follow-through of contests, and recaps.
Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
