Asset Protection Associate
Duties:
– Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security breaches
– Identify and report any suspicious activities or individuals to the appropriate authorities
– Conduct investigations into incidents of theft or loss
– Maintain accurate and detailed reports of all incidents and activities
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed
– Assist in the development and implementation of security procedures and protocols
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required
– Previous experience in security or loss prevention preferred
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to write clear and concise reports
– Conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Detail-oriented with strong observation skills
