Asset Protection Investigator Jobs in Cheboygan, MI at Cheboygan Walmart
Responsibilities:
– Monitor and operate CCTV cameras and surveillance equipment to ensure the safety and security of the premises
– Conduct regular patrols of the facility to detect and deter any suspicious activity
– Respond to alarms and investigate any incidents or breaches of security
– Write detailed reports on any incidents, accidents, or violations that occur on the premises
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during criminal investigations
– Implement and enforce loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and shrinkage
– Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with any security-related concerns or inquiries
Skills:
– Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective report writing and customer interactions
– Knowledge of surveillance techniques and equipment operation
– Ability to handle conflicts and difficult situations in a calm and professional manner
– Familiarity with criminal investigation procedures and techniques
– Understanding of loss prevention strategies and practices
– Previous experience in law enforcement or security is preferred, but not required
