As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of our facility, while also providing exceptional customer service to our visitors. **Responsibilities:**
– Monitor CCTV cameras and respond promptly to any potential security breaches.
– Patrol the premises and grounds to prevent and deter any illegal activities.
– Provide emergency assistance and first aid when necessary.
– Conduct surveillance and monitor alarms to prevent loss or theft.
– Engage in conflict management and de-escalation techniques to resolve disputes peacefully.
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
– Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.
– Perform other security-related duties as required.
**Skills:**
– Conflict management and resolution
– Proficiency in CCTV surveillance systems
– CPR and First Aid certification
– Experience in law enforcement or a related field
– Loss prevention and surveillance skills
– Possession of a valid certificate or certification
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Strong communication and customer service skills
