As an Asset Protection Partner, your role is to safeguard store assets against theft. You will collaborate with the District Asset Protection Manager (DAPM) and store
leadership
to develop and implement Safety & Shrink Plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend and participate in store meetings and trainings to promote Asset Protection awareness.
• Demonstrate Sephora Values.
• Support store
leadership
and staff during peak hours.
• Use CCTV and exception-based reporting to investigate losses, as directed by the DAPM.
• Prepare reports on theft incidents, recoveries, investigations, and audits.
• Follow all laws and policies related to apprehensions, searches, seizures, and evidence preservation.
• Testify in court for criminal or civil cases when summoned.
• Support and work across multiple store locations if applicable.
Qualifications/
Experience:
• Minimum of 1-year experience in Operations, Loss
Prevention
, Security, or Asset Protection in a service environment.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
•
Strong communication skills
.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift, with accommodations if needed.
• Maintain all licensing requirements as per local regulations.
