Position: Armed Safety and Security Team Member
SALARY: $20.00/hour + free public transportation
WORK SCHEDULE: Full and Part-Time positions available. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The armed NOLAN team member ensures the safety and security of persons and property at assigned site or venues. The ideal candidate will inspire compliance with a professional yet friendly demeanor and possess a high degree of integrity and respect toward your fellow citizen. The goal is to help the company in maintaining excellent working conditions by keeping facilities safe and problem-free.
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:
1. Provide excellent customer service.
2. Protect company and client assets.
3. Ensures the safety and security of clients, coworkers, and guests.
4.Conduct vehicle or foot patrols of interior and exterior at assigned site.
5. Prevent theft or damage to property, equipment, tools, and product.
6. Deter and detect suspicious activity or criminal activity, which may be a threat to persons or property at assigned site.
7. Check credentials of persons entered assigned facility, refuse to admit those without proper authorization, and refer to proper authority to grant access.
8. Uphold policies or procedures in accordance with post orders.
9. Report to work on-time and complete assigned shift in accordance to schedule.
10. Complete daily reports and incident reports.
11. Operate a motor vehicle.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Must possess a valid license to carry a handgun
2.Must possess a functioning handgun with holster
3. Ability to report on time in the proper uniform and to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
4. Minimum possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
5. Must pass background check, inclusive of drug and alcohol test.
6. Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured on our equipment
7. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
8. Ability to report events and activities in a factual, clear and concise manner.
9. Strong personal and problem-solving skills with the ability to be informative, patient, tactful, diplomatic, respectful, unbiased and ethical.
10. Work requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time (possibly 8 hours or more in a day) carrying work-related tools and equipment on moving vehicles, on uneven terrain and unstable surfaces; running short distances; climbing stairs; lifting and bending,
11. Occasionally work in inclement weather and having face-to-face communication with members of the public.
