About us
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as Armed Security Agents. As an Armed Security Agent, you will be responsible for helping to maintain order and safety for customers and guests. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires leadership skills, organizational abilities, and a desire to help others. If selected, you will be assigned to various sites from Williamsburg to Virginia Beach. Must be available to work every other weekend.
Duties
– Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises
– Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and authorizing entry
– Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide assistance as needed
– Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, and other relevant information
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
Requirements
– Must possess a valid armed security officer license/certificate (VA DCJS 99 – )/Armed Guard card
– Previous experience in law enforcement or military is highly preferred
– Excellent conflict management and de-escalation skills
– Knowledge of CPR and first aid procedures
– Ability to handle firearms safely and responsibly
