Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your primary duties will include surveillance, conflict management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. We are able to assist with obtaining your guard card.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct regular patrols of the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion
– Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems
– Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
– Escort individuals to designated locations
– Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records
– Enforce access control procedures
– Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees
Experience:
– Previous experience in law enforcement or security preferred
– Strong conflict management skills
– Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proficient in report writing
