Job Overview:
Gates Security is seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to fill the role of Assistant Patrol Manager (Lieutenant). The Lieutenant will oversee recruiting, scheduling, and overall patrol operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards across all activities. This role reports directly to the Patrol Manager, providing regular updates and detailed reports on operational findings.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruiting, scheduling, and daily patrol operations.
Supervise and support patrol personnel to ensure compliance with company policies.
Oversee dispatch center operations to ensure efficient coordination and response times.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensurecustomer satisfaction.
Oversee fleet maintenance to ensure vehicles are in safe and working condition.
Provide regular reports and updates to the Patrol Manager.
Ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols.
Foster a professional and disciplinedteam environment.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in the security industry or law enforcement.
Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience as a manager with expertise in scheduling and security operations.
Proven management andleadershipexperience.
Valid BSIS permits:
Security Guard, Exposed Firearm, and Baton.
OC Spray training certification.
Strongcommunication, organizational, andleadershipskills.
