Job Description
To be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of security systems which include CCTV, Access Control, and Panic Alarm systems, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability.
Job Responsibilities
Daily operations:
To monitor fault calls on the security systems.
To manage the response times of the vendors to handle the fault calls of the security systems (card access, CCTV and Panic Alarm/Code Blue).
To perform access card programming & CCTV retrieval requests
To manage the retrieval and storage of CCTV footage for security and compliance purposes.
Fixed Assets & Condemned Items Management:
To track and document operational and condemned equipment.
To condemn equipment when required.
To maintain accurate accountability records for fixed assets.
Additional Responsibilities:
To participate in workgroups
To cover duties for colleagues
To perform ad hoc duties as assigned by reporting officers.
Requirements
Competency
Prior experience in the security systems will be an advantage.
Task oriented and able to multi-task
Good analytical skills
Proficient in English (Verbal and written)
Education
Educational and Professional Requirements
NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering, Computer Technology, or related fields preferred.
Experience
One year of relevant experience preferred.
