The project:A major infrastructure project that will be contributing to the upgrade of the UK’s strategic defence capability.

You’ll be responsible for:
Working with project managers to ensure that security processes are considered and implemented across the site and any other locations associated with delivery.
Maintaining and reviewing security management plans for the project.
Maintaining an accurate security incident log and conducting incident investigations where necessary.
Promoting security awareness across the project to encourage a positive security culture.
Carrying out security audits and prepare assurance reports where necessary.
Meeting with external stakeholders and consultants, providing security advice and maintaining relationships with client security functions.
Supporting and guiding the project team to ensure that contractual security obligations are adhered to.
Monitoring personnel mobilisation and demobilisation.
Supporting on incident & emergency preparedness for the project sites.
Promoting Mace Services.
You’ll need to have:
Relevant degree qualifications or BTEC/HNC and have working knowledge of current security policies and procedures for different government departments along with aproven track recordin managing client relationships.
Digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams.
A security, construction orproject managementbackground and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
