Bank of Jordan, a leading financial institution in Jordan, is seeking a detail-oriented and technically savvy ATM & E-Channels Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our ATM and electronic channel operations, ensuring that our banking services are delivered efficiently and effectively to our clients.

As an ATM & E-Channels Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and security of our ATM networks and Digital banking services, while also collaborating with internal teams to implement best practices and improve service delivery.
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of ATMs and Digital channels, ensuring their availability and functionality for customer use
Conduct regular monitoring and maintenance of ATMs & ITMs, addressing any technical issues promptly to minimize downtime
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for the installation, repair, and monitoring of ATM & ITM machines and electronic banking systems
Analyze transaction data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in ATM services and electronic channels
Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance ATM, ITM and mobile banking services
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to ATM operations and electronic banking services
Provide training and support to branch staff regarding ATM and electronic channel operations
Prepare and present reports on ATM & ITM performance, usage statistics, and operational issues to management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
2+ years of experience in managing ATM operations or Digital banking services
Strong technical knowledge of ATM systems and electronic banking platforms
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
Good understanding of banking regulations and compliance standards
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors
Proficiency in using banking software and electronic banking systems
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and manage competing priorities
Customer-oriented mindset, with a focus on enhancing the overall banking experience for clients
